4. Final files will be delivered digitally within 48–72 hours after our design discussion is complete.

• Your custom file is created exclusively for you and will not be resold or offered to other customers.

• If we are unable to agree on a final design direction before completion, a full refund will be issued.                                                                                                  

• Once the final custom files have been delivered and approved, refunds will not be available due to the digital nature of the product.
